One excellent non-motorized plan

Congratulation to the communities of Greater Mt. Pleasant, Michigan for adopting and implementing such a superb non-motorized plan. Here’s a weblink to the document that was originally adopted in 2011. What is especially impressive about the plan is the way it looks at the topic from both a local and regional perspective, as well as from both short-term and long-term time frames.  I also really like the proposed bike loop, which allows easier crosstown travel.

Well done, Greater Mt. Pleasant!
