Attended an excellent bicycle facility design conference (Training Wheels 2014) last Thursday in Greater Lansing. After the two-hour ride to observe local bicycle infrastructure, I thought it would be fun to photograph the variety of bicycles that attendees had brought along for the ride, by documenting their head badges. As you will see, there is quite a range, and these don’t include the Huffy’s or Schwinn’s. The highlight was a sweet handmade 1978 Assenmacher from Swartz Creek, Michigan (see photo above). Cheers!
