A little ‘ELF ‘n magic’ on three wheels


0507141704Last night I had the opportunity to see an ELF built by Organic Transit up close. This marvel of modern engineering can be pedaled by the rider or operate up to 20 miles on a single charge. It can be re-charged using the solar panels located on the roof (see below) or by plugging it into an outlet.

Below are several additional photos of the ELF, which stands for Electric…Lightweight…and Fun! After seeing this one for myself, I think the emphasis should be on the fun portion…as well as it’s cool vibe.
