Five years of bike commute data

Below is the bike commuting log I have kept for the past five years. Since it is rather large, I hope it is legible. Judging by the weather forecast for the last week of 2013, it is unlikely I will be riding any more riding to work this calendar year. Based on my five years of data, the most popular months to ride to work here in Greater Lansing have been:

  1. October = 46 commutes – a lovely month to bike commute here with fall colors.
  2. July = 40 – typically not as hot here as August
  3. May = 39
  4. June = 38
  5. September and November = 36 each
  6. August = 31
  7. March = 24
  8. April = 22
  9. December = 11
  10. February = 10
  11. January = 4

In 2013, the most common day for me to bike commute was Monday with 18 commutes, followed by Tuesday and Friday tied for second place with 15 bike commutes each. Unfortunately, I do not have day-by-day data for the previous four years.
